Welcome to Relax & Renew Massage Therapy, which is a residential Massage Therapy business located in Saskatchewan Beach, Sask.  I have been an RMT since 2000.  I am registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS).  When you come in to Relax & Renew Massage Therapy you will receive professional & experienced massage treatments, I guarantee the highest standards of massage practice.  Receipts are issued after every massage treatment for insurance purposes.  Please call or text to book an appointment for an evening or weekend appointment. I provide advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage, Warm stone Massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment.

 

I offer the highest quality of care to my clients. I am friendly and knowledgeable and care about all aspects of your treatment. I can customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.

As part of my service, I will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.

My practice is dedicated to improving the general wellbeing of all my clients.
